A written complaint must be submitted to the YMCA with 48 hours of incident (if referring to a specific incident). Written complaints can be documented on the complaint form and submitted to the YMCA or you can submit a statement by email. The Advisory Committee will act upon protests and complaints within 72 hours of receipt. If action is required, it shall be taken within 10 business days of complaint.
Advisory Committee decisions may be appealed within 7 days to the YMCA Youth Sports Committee.
